"I Want to Be High Quality Miku Nakano!!" Cosplay of "The Quintessential Quintuplets" with a Carefully Selected Wig

At the event "acosta! @ Ikebukuro Sunshine City," which took place on January 25-26, 2025, Mijinko participated in cosplay as Miku Nakano from "The Quintessential Quintuplets." Alongside showcasing photos, we interviewed Mijinko about her favorite aspects of the cosplay and her future cosplay aspirations.

——What inspired you to cosplay Miku Nakano from "The Quintessential Quintuplets" this time?

Mijinko: She's my absolute favorite character, so I wanted to become a high-quality Miku-chan!! That's why I chose to cosplay her.

——You participated as part of a group of quintuplets. Could you share any enjoyable or challenging aspects of that experience?

Mijinko: The fun part was that it's quite rare for all members to gather as quintuplets, but we managed to get all five of us together for the photoshoot! The challenging part was syncing our poses, expressions, and even the moments we blink during the shoot.

——What aspects did you focus on or pay particular attention to in this cosplay?

Mijinko: As a Miku-chan fan, I wanted to pay close attention to details, so I bought the wig and costume twice to get as close to Miku-chan as possible. I also concentrated on her unique expressions, poses, and posture.

——Could you tell us about your future plans or any other cosplays you would like to try?

Mijinko: I plan to continue participating in various events like acosta! and Comiket. In terms of future characters, I'd like to cosplay as 2B from "NieR:Automata" and Hakari from "The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You."
