Anime "My Dress-Up Darling" Season 2: Spira Spica Returns as OP Artist! Advance Screening Event Announced

The latest updates for the TV anime "My Dress-Up Darling" Season 2, set to air in July 2025, have been announced. The opening theme will once again be performed by Spira Spica, as in Season 1.

The opening theme for Season 2 has been decided to be Spira Spica's new song "Ao to Kirameki." Regarding this song, which was written specifically for the TV anime, Spira Spica's Mikiha commented, "We created a song that makes you want to sing together and high-five with a smile." The OP Reveal PV, which has been released alongside this announcement, features a portion of the song.

Additionally, new staff members for the series have been announced. Keisuke Shinohara will continue as director from Season 1, with Yoriko Tomita in charge of series composition, and Kazumasa Ishida responsible for character design and chief animation direction. The animation will be produced by CloverWorks.

Furthermore, an advanced screening event titled "TV Anime 'My Dress-Up Darling' Season 2 Advance Screening ~We Gotta Pump It Up!~" is set to take place on Sunday, June 29, at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas. After the screening, cast members Hina Suguta (as Marin Kitagawa), Shoya Ishige (as Wakana Gojo), and Director Shinohara are scheduled to appear on stage.
