On the official X of the ABEMA Anime Channel, the TOP 3 most commented scenes from Episode 42 (Season 2, Episode 18) of "The Apothecary Diaries" titled "Hozuki" were announced.
"The Apothecary Diaries" is an anime adaptation based on the novel by Natsu Hyuga. Set in the rear palace, it follows the story of a young girl named Maomao, who becomes a "food taster" and uses her knowledge of poisons and medicines to solve various difficult cases that occur in the royal court, offering a mystery-solving entertainment experience. The TV anime's second season is airing consecutively for two cours starting January 2025, continuing to gain momentum.
ABEMA conducted an independent survey to gather scenes with numerous comments from viewers during the broadcast on May 9th (Friday) of "The Apothecary Diaries" Episode 42 (Season 2, Episode 18) "Hozuki."
