On ABEMA Anime Channel’s official X account, the Top 3 Most Commented Scenes during the broadcast of episode 48 (season 2 episode 24) “Beginning” of The Apothecary Diaries were announced.
The Apothecary Diaries is based on the novel of the same name by Hyuganatsu. Set in the imperial palace, it follows a girl named Maomao, who becomes an apothecary and royal food taster, as she uses her knowledge of poisons and medicine to solve various mysterious incidents within the inner palace. The second season of the TV anime began airing in January 2025 across two consecutive cours, bringing even more excitement to the series.
