To commemorate the release of Volume 5 of "Rekkyo Sensen" (author: Natsuko Uruma) on Friday, July 18, 2025, a special fair is being held at approximately 800 bookstores nationwide.

"Rekkyo Sensen" is set in a world where environmental pollution and resource depletion have left humanity with only 100 years of habitable time on Earth. In an effort to manage the human population, a tournament called the "Doomed Nations Decision Battle" is held to select nations that will face extinction. The story follows mutant boys and girls who, having awakened to a powerful force known as "Theseus Cells," are chosen as proxy heroes for their respective countries, fighting for national survival. In the latest Volume 5, the proxy heroes of Egypt and Australia clash fiercely.

At around 800 bookstores nationwide, a fair is underway to celebrate the release of Volume 5 of "Rekkyo Sensen." Customers who purchase a copy of the book will receive an exclusive character card (limited to four types and available in limited quantities) for each volume bought.
