Main character visuals newly created for the anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Season 2," which will be broadcast starting January 2026, have been unveiled.

The anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is based on the manga of the same name, written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday." Set in a world after the Demon King has been defeated, it follows Frieren, a mage who has lived for over a thousand years, as she embarks on a journey to "learn about people." The original manga, highly acclaimed and the recipient of numerous awards, currently has 14 volumes published with a cumulative circulation exceeding 30 million copies. Furthermore, it has been decided that TV anime Season 2 will begin airing in January 2026.

Unveiled this time are visuals featuring Frieren, her apprentice Fern, and the warrior Stark—a new party whose bonds grow deeper throughout their travels depicted in Season 2—as well as the Hero Party, consisting of Hero Himmel, Priest Heiter, Warrior Eisen, and Frieren herself, who had a great influence on them.
