"Appare! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku," serialized in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shonen Champion and created by Kenji Hamauka, reached its final chapter in issue 44, released on October 2.

The last chapter was featured with center color pages, entitled "Appare Ends," and the colored title page included the words, "Saying goodbye is a promise to say good morning tomorrow," bringing the series to a close.

The fifth installment in the series, "Mouretsu! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku," will begin serialization in issue 50, to be released on November 13. The debut issue will feature two chapters published simultaneously, including a highly popular spin-off series.

Since its serialization began in 1993, "Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku" has been a slapstick, gag comedy manga set in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, depicting the everyday lives of elementary school student Kotetsu Osawagi, his family, and friends. Previous series include "Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku," "Ganso! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku," "Maido! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku," and "Appare! Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku." The series has also been adapted into anime twice (in 1998 and 2014) and into a live-action drama (in 2020).
