"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle - Chapter 1: Akaza's Return" Announces Distribution of 9th Visitor Gift "1st Key Visual Clear Stand"

The distribution of the 9th visitor appreciation gift, the "1st Key Visual Clear Stand," has been announced for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle - Chapter 1: Akaza's Return," which has been screening since July 18th.

The anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is an animated adaptation of the manga of the same name that was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 2016 to 2020. The anime broadcast in April 2019 sparked a social phenomenon-level boom, and the cumulative circulation of volume 23 of the comic books exceeded 220 million copies.

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train," which depicted the "Mugen Train Arc" following the first television anime series "Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc," recorded a total box office revenue of approximately 51.7 billion yen, ranking first in all-time box office revenue in Japan. From 2021 to 2022, the television anime "Mugen Train Arc" and "Entertainment District Arc" were broadcast, followed by the "Swordsmith Village Arc" in 2023, and the "Hashira Training Arc" in 2024.

"Infinity Castle Arc - Chapter 1" recorded 3.84 million audience members and box office revenue of 5.52 billion yen in its first three days of release, updating the all-time No. 1 records for opening performance, first-day performance, and single-day performance. It surpassed approximately 12.87 billion yen within 10 days of release. The breakthrough of 10 billion yen within 8 days of release became the fastest in history among films screened in Japan, surpassing the record of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train" (released in October 2020), which surpassed 10 billion yen within 10 days of release, making it the all-time No. 1.

The gift to be distributed this time is a clear stand using the illustration from the 1st key visual, and comes with background backing paper that allows the key visual to be reproduced three-dimensionally when displayed together.
