Tokyo Game Show 2025 was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture from September 25 to 28, 2025. This world-renowned gaming festival saw numerous game developers and related companies from both domestic and international markets participating in the exhibition. The total number of visitors recorded was 263,101.
At each company's exhibition booth, new game titles were displayed and available for trial play, along with attractions and giveaways, drawing crowds of fans. This article reports on STUDIOBSIDE, one of the exhibiting booths.
STUDIOBSIDE is a game developer established in South Korea in 2017, and the newly exhibited title "Star Savior" was previously known under the former project name "Project STAR." The genre is a nurturing RPG, developed as a cross-platform title compatible with smartphones (iOS/Android) and PC, with a simultaneous release scheduled for November 20, 2025, in Japan and South Korea.
At TGS2025, visitors could play the tutorial of the Japanese version, which was being showcased for the first time. For this occasion, cosplayers dressed as the main characters from "Star Savior" came to Japan from South Korea specifically for TGS2025, adding a vibrant touch to the booth.
