On November 3rd, cosplayer Mapoyo posted photos on X of her cosplay as Kaoruko Waguri from "The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity," garnering various reactions for its "high level of reproduction" and "many similarities."

"The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity" is a manga by Saka Mikami serialized on Weekly Shonen Magazine's official app "Magazine Pocket." Volume 20 of the comics was released on October 9th, and it was announced that the series has surpassed 8 million copies in circulation. The TV anime version that began airing in July attracted attention for its delicate animation produced by CloverWorks.

Mapoyo posted, "I'm a second-year high school student and 148cm tall, just like her! I'm so happy." Remarkably, both her height and grade level (at the start of the serialization) match Kaoruko's. In the photos, her large eyes and wavy long hair also sync perfectly.

In response, reactions on the internet flooded in, including "Seriously so cute!! The atmosphere suits you so well!!" "This is already the live-action version," "It's amazing that you're a real life-sized Kaoruko-san," "You're so adorable that it wouldn't be wrong to say you're the real person," and "Incredibly pure and cute!!"
