The official ABEMA Anime X account has announced the Top 3 scenes with the most comments during the broadcast of "Tougen Anki" Episode 18 "Suspicion and Distrust."

"Tougen Anki" is a manga series by Yura Urushibara that has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten) since 2020. It is a new generation dark hero oni tale that uses the folk tale "Momotaro," known to all Japanese people, as its subject matter, depicting the conflict between those who carry oni blood and those who carry Momotaro's blood from the oni's perspective.

The profound story woven by the descendants of oni and Momotaro has gained popularity, with the comics surpassing a cumulative total of 3 million copies. The first TV anime began broadcasting in July 2025, featuring a spectacular voice cast including Kazuki Ura as the protagonist Shiki Ichinose, along with Hiroshi Kamiya, Kōtarō Nishiyama, Manaka Iwami, and others, gathering even more attention for the long-awaited TV anime adaptation.

ABEMA conducted an independent survey of scenes that gathered the most comments from viewers during "Tougen Anki" Episode 18 "Suspicion and Distrust," which was broadcast late at night on Friday, November 14.
