First-Year Students Including Yuji Itadori, Plus Satoru Gojo & Suguru Geto from Their Jujutsu High Days! USJ's "Jujutsu Kaisen: The Real 4-D" Returns as a Completely New Production

Universal Studios Japan has announced details of the second collaboration with the anime "Jujutsu Kaisen," titled "Jujutsu Kaisen: The Real 4-D Meguru Tokeidai," which will be held as part of the special event "Universal Cool Japan 2026."

"Jujutsu Kaisen" is a comic series by Gege Akutami serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), with cumulative circulation exceeding 100 million copies (including digital versions). It was adapted into a TV anime in 2020, and the 2021 theatrical release "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" recorded worldwide box office revenue of 26.5 billion yen. In 2023, the second season of the TV anime "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death & Shibuya Incident" was broadcast. A revival screening of "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" has been running since Friday, October 17th, and the third season of the TV anime "Culling Game: Part 1" is scheduled to begin airing in January 2026.

USJ conducted its first collaboration with "Jujutsu Kaisen" in 2022, captivating many guests with an overwhelmingly immersive experience. Its popularity crossed the ocean, making its U.S. debut in April 2025 to great acclaim. Next year, it will return to USJ as a theater show attraction featuring a completely new original story.

"Jujutsu Kaisen: The Real 4-D Mawaru Tokeidai"

"Jujutsu Kaisen: The Real 4-D Meguru Tokeidai" is a theater show attraction where guests can experience the world of "Jujutsu Kaisen" with overwhelming presence through powerful 3D visuals, sound and lighting, and special effects including wind pressure, vibrations, and water splashes.

This second collaboration, eagerly awaited since the first in 2022, will unfold as a completely new original story based on the worldview of "Jujutsu Kaisen," featuring original characters exclusive to the park.

Through the park's signature overwhelming intensity and quality special effects, dialogue that feels as if the characters are right next to you and ultra-realistic battles between jujutsu sorcerers and cursed spirits unfolding before your eyes will instantly transport guests into the world of "Jujutsu Kaisen."

This time, guests will take on missions alongside the first-year students of Tokyo Jujutsu High as rookie assistant supervisors supporting the jujutsu sorcerers' tasks. The story begins with exploring an "old Western-style mansion" where disappearances have been occurring one after another, together with Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and others. Intense battles unfold within the mansion filled with eerie presence. It is said that Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto from their Jujutsu High days will also appear. Through the ultra-realistic 4-D experience felt throughout the entire body, guests can savor the sense of presence as if "cursed energy" spreads through the space each time the jujutsu sorcerers activate their techniques.

Anticipation is building for this attraction experience where guests can plunge into the very center of the ultra-realistic battles of jujutsu sorcerers confronting giant cursed spirits and protecting guests.

New information about "Universal Cool Japan 2026," where guests can physically immerse themselves in the midst of "various fictional worlds" and experience "ultra-impact and ultra-realism," will be announced continuously in the future.
