"THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS" is a spinoff work of "THE IDOLM@STER" series that launched as a smartphone browser game in April 2018. Players become producers at the newly established entertainment agency "283 Production" (Tsubasa Production) and train the unique idols who belong to the agency, guiding them to become top idols. The work delicately depicts the worries and struggles that the idols face, as well as how they overcome them, and is supported by many fans. It is a popular content that has expanded into media mix projects including anime adaptations and manga serializations.
