"Fire Force" is an anime based on the work of the same name by Atsushi Ohkubo, which was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) from 2015 to 2022. Set in a world where people live in fear of "spontaneous human combustion," a phenomenon where ordinary people suddenly burst into flames and become flame monsters that wreak havoc, this scorching dark fantasy follows a boy called a "devil," Shinra Kusakabe (CV. Gakuto Kajiwara), as he challenges the great secrets of the world alongside his companions. Terrestrial broadcasting begins on January 9, 2026.
