The synopsis and advance cuts for Episode 3 of the anime "Journal with Witch" have been released.

The original work is the comic "Journal with Witch" by Yamashita Tomoko, which was serialized in "FEEL YOUNG" (Shodensha) from 2017 to 2023 and has surpassed 1.8 million copies in total circulation. The story depicts the tentative cohabitation life of Makio Kōdai (CV. Miyuki Sawashiro), a shy novelist, and Asa Takumi (CV. Fūko Mori), her niece and a young girl who has lost her parents.

This topical work continues to be loved by many readers even after its serialization ended, having achieved 4th place in "Manga Taisho 2019," 5th place in the Women's category of "Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2024," 1st place in the Da Vinci "BOOK OF THE YEAR 2023" Comic Ranking, among other accolades. It is currently airing on terrestrial television every Sunday at 24:00.

Asa and Makio begin cleaning out the Takumi family home, which they had not returned to since the accident. Confronted with the daily life that was suddenly cut short, Makio catches a glimpse of a side of her older sister Minori that she never knew. Meanwhile, Asa attends her graduation ceremony without the accident feeling real to her, but at school, an unwanted incident occurs involving her friend Emiri.
