ABEMA Anime's official X account has announced the TOP 3 scenes with the most comments during the broadcast of Episode 1 "Polar Opposites" of the new winter anime "You and I Are Polar Opposites."

"You and I Are Polar Opposites" is based on the romantic comedy manga by Kōcha Agasawa, which was serialized on "Shonen Jump+" (Shueisha). The story depicts two "polar opposite" individuals: Suzuki, an always cheerful girl who tends to worry about what others think, and Tani, a quiet boy who can clearly express his own opinions. As they slowly deepen their understanding while respecting each other, their school life with friends is also portrayed.

Garnering reader support as a "life-size romantic comedy" that resonates with the delicate emotions unique to adolescence, the series has become a hot topic, receiving numerous manga awards including the Work Award at the "4th Magademy Awards." Attention is also gathering for its first anime adaptation, which started in January 2026.

ABEMA conducted an independent survey of scenes that received the most comments from viewers during Episode 1 "Polar Opposites" of "You and I Are Polar Opposites," which aired on Sunday, January 11. The results have been published on ABEMA Anime's official X account as "Episode 1 of 'You and I Are Polar Opposites' TOP 3 Scenes with the Most Comments."
