What Are the Military and Temple's Intentions Surrounding Teoritta...? Anime "Sentenced to Be a Hero" Episode 4 Synopsis & Advance Cuts Released

The synopsis and advance cuts for Episode 4 of the anime "Sentenced to Be a Hero: Penal Hero Squad 9004 Prison Record" have been released.

"Sentenced to Be a Hero" is based on a light novel by Rocket Shōkai. It has won numerous awards including "Kakuyomu Award 2020," "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! Taishō 2021," and "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! 2023." Volume 1 of the paperback edition (illustrated by Mephisto) was published in September 2021 by Dengeki no Shinbungei (KADOKAWA).

Xylo Forbartz (CV: Yōhei Azakami), a former Holy Knight Commander sentenced to be a hero, leads a penal hero squad composed of individuals with broken personalities, charging through the frontlines of battle. In the midst of harsh circumstances, Xylo encounters Teoritta (CV: Mayu Iizuka), the "Goddess" of the Sword, one of the strongest bioweapons. To survive, and to exact revenge on those who framed him—Xylo makes a contract with the "Goddess" and plunges himself into the midst of fierce struggles and conspiracies in a world of despair.
