Smartphone App "Chiikawa Pocket" Launches Dinosaur Event & Reveals New Outfits

It has been announced that Chiikawa Pocket (hereafter referred to as "Chiipoke"), the first smartphone app for the Chiikawa franchise, will launch a "Dinosaur Event" and reveal new outfits starting Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Based on the popular manga Chiikawa posted on X by illustrator Nagano, this smartphone game is designed around the concept of "Being with Chiikawa Anytime, Anywhere." The app is packed with various ways to play that allow players to fully immerse themselves in the charming world of Chiikawa.

As of March 27, 2025, the app is available in 43 countries and regions worldwide, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, and the United States.

"Dinosaur" Event & New Outfits Coming to Chiikawa Pocket!

In this Dinosaur Event, leveling up your Event Pass allows you to earn a dinosaur-themed "Outfit" for Shisa. You can also obtain the "Dinosaur Egg" home item, which brings Hachiware and others in their dinosaur costumes over to visit. Additionally, the "Primeval Field" location for placing home items is available as a login bonus.

To celebrate the new dinosaur outfits, we’re launching the "Sizzle! 10-Second Meat Challenge" campaign!

The "Sizzle! 10-Second Meat Challenge" campaign is now live in Chiipoke to celebrate the arrival of the dinosaur outfits. If you successfully grill the meat for exactly 10 seconds, you’ll receive a serial code for 15 "Small Candies."

Additionally, 50 winners will be selected by lottery from those who participate in the campaign and post the content on X to receive a "Chiikawa Dinosaur Egg Acrylic Keychain."
