"Yuji's Heart Pierced by Okkotsu" Takes 1st Place! Top 3 Most Commented Scenes from Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 "Culling Game Arc Part 1" Episodes 48 and 49

ABEMA Anime's official X account has announced the Top 3 most commented scenes during the broadcast of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 "Culling Game Arc Part 1" Episodes 48 and 49.

Jujutsu Kaisen is based on the manga by Gege Akutami, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha), which has surpassed 150 million copies in cumulative circulation (including digital versions). The TV anime adaptation began in 2020, and the 2021 release of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 recorded a worldwide box office revenue of 26.5 billion yen. In 2023, TV anime Season 2 "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death/Shibuya Incident" was broadcast. In 2025, the compilation film Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death was released, and past works were revived in theaters.

ABEMA conducted an independent survey of scenes that gathered the most viewer comments from Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 "Culling Game Arc Part 1" Episode 48 "Execution" and Episode 49 "Once More," which aired on Thursday, January 8th.
