Yunagi Takes on the Competition... Anime "Medalist" Season 2 Episode 3 Synopsis and Advance Cuts Released

The anime "Medalist" has released advance cuts, synopsis, and preview video for Season 2 Episode 3 (Episode 16 overall).

"Medalist" is based on the manga by Tsurumaikada, currently serialized in Kodansha's "Monthly Afternoon." It tells the story of Inori Yuitsuka (CV. Natsumi Haruse) and Tsukasa Akeuraji (CV. Takeo Ōtsuka), who met as "athlete and coach" with strong dreams of figure skating, as they aim for the glory of becoming "medalists." The TV anime Season 2 is currently airing on TV Asahi's nationwide 24-station network "NUMAnimation" slot and other channels since January 24, 2026.

Additionally, at the "Sapporo Snow Festival" currently being held from Wednesday, February 4, a snow sculpture of this work is on display. On Saturday, February 7, a special stage event featuring Natsumi Haruse, who plays Inori Yuitsuka, and Kana Ichinose, who plays Hikaru Kamisaki, will be held. Merchandise sales and distribution of original novelty items are also planned at the venue.
