Anime "You and I Are Polar Opposites" Special Program Featuring Main Cast and ED Artists PAS TASTA Confirmed for Broadcast! First Half Recap Stream Also Scheduled

ABEMA has announced that the special program "TV Anime 'You and I Are Polar Opposites' The "Way Too Much Happened" Cultural Festival SP" will be broadcast on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 8:30 PM.

"You and I Are Polar Opposites" is a TV anime based on the manga series by Agasawa Tea, serialized in "Shonen Jump+" (Shueisha). It is a youth romantic comedy depicting the interactions between two polar opposites—the energetic girl Suzuki and the quiet boy Tani—along with their school life with friends. The broadcast began in January 2026.

The special program will feature main cast members Sayumi Suzushiro (as Suzuki), Shōgo Sakata (as Tani), Anji Iwata (as Yamada), and Kokoro Ōmori (as Nishi). Additionally, the music unit PAS TASTA (Kabanagu, yuigot, and Amane Uyama), who perform the ending theme, will also appear.

The program will look back on the story through the lens of the respective relationships between Suzuki and Tani, and Yamada and Nishi, while sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the recording sessions. It will also feature discussions about the music and variety segments themed around the "cultural festival."

Furthermore, immediately before the special program broadcast at 5:30 PM on the same day, a marathon stream recapping up to the latest episode 6 of the anime will also be held.
