Advance cuts and synopsis for Episode 57 of the anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" have been released.

"Jujutsu Kaisen" is based on the comic by Gege Akutami, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), which has surpassed a cumulative circulation of 150 million copies (including digital editions). The TV anime adaptation began in 2020, and the 2021 film "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" recorded a worldwide box office revenue of 26.5 billion yen. In 2023, the TV anime Season 2 "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death" and "Shibuya Incident" was broadcast. In 2025, "Jujutsu Kaisen Compilation Film: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death" was released, and revival screenings of past works were展開.

Additionally, the spinoff work "Jujutsu Kaisen ≡ (Modulo)," which was serialized for approximately six months with Akutami handling the storyboards and Yuji Iwasaki in charge of artwork, reached its final chapter in the March 9th issue of "Weekly Shonen Jump."

[Synopsis]
Deceived by Remi, Fushiguro is brought not to Higuruma, but to Reggie and other sorcerers from the past. When he demands they hand over their points to add new rules, negotiations break down, and he enters battle against three opponents including Hari and Hazenoki. Struggling in the 3-on-1 fight, Kogane announces that a new rule has been added allowing point transfers to other players. Hearing this, Fushiguro resolves himself and begins his counterattack――.
