"TANK CHAIR," with over 1 million copies in circulation, gets an anime adaptation in Fall 2026! Teaser PV released.

It has been announced that the anime adaptation of TANK CHAIR will begin broadcasting in Autumn 2026, accompanied by the release of a teaser PV.

Based on the manga by Manabu Yashiro, currently serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius, this series is a violent action saga featuring the ultimate dark hero. With over 1 million copies in circulation worldwide, this hit series that has captivated fans across the globe is being animated by Polygon Pictures.

Tadahiro "Tady" Yoshihira (Director of Knights of Sidonia: Love Woven in the Stars and Star Wars: Visions Volume 3: "The Bird of Paradise") will serve as Director, Series Composition, and Screenwriter. He is joined by Hiroaki Ando (Director of Kaina of the Great Snow Sea and Ajin) who will also serve as Director and Screenwriter.

Furthermore, a teaser PV has been released, showcasing Polygon Pictures' overwhelming action quality fused with the series' pop aesthetic, all set to a soundtrack by Masaru Yokoyama (known for Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES).
