Non-Credit Opening Video Released! Early Preview Cuts and Scene Cuts from Episodes 1 & 2 of the Anime "Hokuto no Ken -Fist of the North Star-" Now Available

Early preview cuts and scene cuts from Episodes 1 and 2 of the anime "Hokuto no Ken -Fist of the North Star-" have been released. Additionally, the non-credit opening video featuring "Hallelujah" performed by [Alexandros] has been unveiled ahead of the first broadcast on April 10th.

"Hokuto no Ken" is a legendary action manga created by original story writer Buronson and manga artist Tetsuo Hara. Beginning with its TV anime adaptation in 1984, it has continued to be beloved by fans both domestically and internationally through various media mix projects to this day. With cumulative circulation exceeding 100 million copies, it has truly become worthy of being called "a milestone of action manga."

And now, in 2026—as "Hokuto no Ken -Fist of the North Star-," the work is being fully adapted into anime with a new staff, cast, and the latest video technology, capturing all the appeal of the original work. The battles of men living in the apocalypse will carve a new legend in the Reiwa era. This series will begin broadcasting and streaming on April 10th.

Episode 2: "Tomorrow Over Today"
[Synopsis]
As Kenshirō, the successor of Hokuto Shinken, and Bat walk through the wasteland, they witness an old man being pursued by a group of villains riding armed buggies. The villains were after the "seeds" that the old man was carefully carrying. Ignoring Bat's attempts to stop him, Kenshirō tries to rescue the old man. A crossbow arrow fired by Spade, the leader of the villains, attacks Kenshirō!!

[Alexandros] "Hallelujah" Non-Credit Opening Video Released

The non-credit opening video featuring "Hallelujah" performed by opening artist [Alexandros] has been unveiled ahead of the first broadcast on Friday, April 10th. Set to a fast-paced song reminiscent of the dawn of a new legend for "Hokuto no Ken," main characters such as Shin, Yuria, Rei, and Mamiya appear one after another.
