Anime "Rilakkuma" Episode 1 Preview Stills Released! Theme Song Sung by Lilas Ikuta to Begin Streaming on April 4th, the Date of the First Broadcast

Preview stills from Episode 1 of the anime "Rilakkuma" have been newly released.

This work depicts an exciting story where "Rilakkuma," who is always together no matter what the day brings, breaks free from everyday life and begins to move anew in a leisurely expanding world of animation. Broadcasting will begin on Saturday, April 4th at 9:25 AM on TBS and affiliated TBS stations. On ABEMA, free streaming and unlimited viewing will be available from 9:30 AM on the same day.

Furthermore, it has been decided that the new theme song "stay with me," written specifically for this work by singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, will be released for streaming on Saturday, April 4th, the same day as the anime's first broadcast. Additionally, a jacket photo featuring an original "Rilakkuma" illustration drawn by Yoshimi Itazu, who serves as director of this work (first part), has been released. The design achieves a soft and adorable finish where the worldview of Rilakkuma and the worldview of Lilas Ikuta harmonize.
