Rocket Development Reaches Its Climax... "Dr. STONE" Final Season Cour 3 Episode 34 Synopsis & Preview Stills Released

The synopsis and preview stills for Episode 34 "COUNTDOWN" of the "Dr. STONE" final season's third cour have been released.

"Dr. STONE" is an anime series based on the manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi). It depicts an adventure story where a genius science boy, Senkū (CV: Yūsuke Kobayashi), challenges a petrified world with the power of science. Starting with the first season in 2019, the final season "Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE" has been broadcasting in a split three-cour format since January 2025. The third cour began airing on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

[Synopsis]
Senkū, Kohaku, and Ryūsui are the three chosen as the astronauts bound for the moon. Although Ryūsui puts his all into training as the pilot, he cannot ignore the fact that there is someone even more suited for the role than himself. Meanwhile, the global-scale rocket development is finally reaching its climax. As the members of the Kingdom of Science see Senkū and the others off with their own heartfelt emotions, the lunar rocket finally begins its countdown into space!
