This series is a romantic comedy revolving around Hiyori Hiwamura (CV: Marika Kōno)—known as "Yowayowa Sensei" (Weak Teacher) because all of her stats are actually the weakest, even though her students fear her as "Kowakowa Sensei" (Scary Teacher)—and her student Akihito Abikura (CV: Kakeru Hatano), who finds out her secret.

[Synopsis]
Akihito and the rest of the photography club arrive at the fireworks festival. Teacher Hiwamura fully enjoys the summer festival, but her yukata becomes loose, leading Akihito to help fix it for her in a secluded forest! Akihito is completely flustered because the teacher isn't wearing any underwear. Furthermore, the teacher experiences a dizzy spell, and while being supported by Akihito, the feelings she has been harboring for a long time begin to overflow.
