The key visual for "Cyborg 009: Nemesis," a new development in the masterpiece "Cyborg 009" which Shotaro Ishinomori continued to draw as his life's work, has been revealed. Along with this, the streaming date and streaming platforms have been disclosed.
"Cyborg 009" is a story about nine Zero-Zero Number Cyborgs, including 009/Joe Shimamura, who were modified as weapons for war by the evil organization Black Ghost but managed to escape the organization. They now fight to eliminate conflict from the world. Since its serialization began in "Weekly Shōnen King" on July 19, 1964, it has been serialized in various magazines for over 30 years and has expanded into various media including anime and movies.
The newly revealed key visual features a gorgeous yet tension-filled design, bringing together the Zero-Zero Number Cyborgs like 009/Joe Shimamura, who have supported world peace from the shadows, and the members of "Nemesis," led by 009 / Graviton, who were formed to change the world with a new power in their stead. A 9-on-9 battle will unfold against a new group of cyborgs with superior abilities. Anticipation is building for the premonition of a fierce battle that will push the cyborg warriors past their limits. The story of "Cyborg 009" enters a new stage.
The streaming date has been set for July 19, and all three episodes will be available all at once.
