The 12th and final episode of the TV anime "Kill Blue" Season 1 has aired, along with the official announcement that Season 2 is now in production.

"Kill Blue" is based on the manga series by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. The unique comedy and action story follows Juzo Ogami, a 39-year-old legendary hitman who suddenly turns into a middle schooler one day. He infiltrates a junior high school to experience a youthful school life alongside his highly eccentric classmates.

To celebrate the confirmation of Season 2, the original creator, Fujimaki, shared a hand-drawn illustration and a comment. The illustration features Juzo firing a gun with a textbook in hand, alongside the words "Season 2 Confirmed!!" Fujimaki expressed his gratitude to the staff, cast, and viewers, commenting, "While the specific release date and content are still to be determined, I hope it becomes a fun Kill Blue that you can just kick back and enjoy, just like Season 1."
