Final Series Entry "Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya - FINALE" to Broadcast as TV Anime in 2027! Staff & Cast Returning

Following the theatrical release of Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya - Licht Nameless Girl in August 2021, the title for its sequel has been announced as Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya - FINALE, scheduled to broadcast as a TV anime in 2027.

Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya is a spin-off manga series starring Illya, a character from Fate/stay night. Airing in 2027—marking the 20th anniversary since the manga serialization began—Prisma Illya - FINALE will, as the title suggests, serve as the final entry completing the series.

To accompany the broadcast announcement, a second teaser visual newly drawn by character designer Kazuya Hirata has been released. The visual depicts Illya and Miyu staring forward with their wands in hand, alongside Chloe smiling gently.

The staff and cast members will return from the previous work, with Shin Oonuma directing and SILVER LINK. handling the animation production. Mai Kadowaki as Illyasviel von Einzbern, Kaori Nazuka as Miyu Edelfelt, Chiwa Saitō as Chloe von Einzbern, Sumire Morohoshi as Pandora, Natsuki Hanae as Julian Ainsworth, and Katsuyuki Konishi as Darius Ainsworth will continue in their respective roles.

Regarding the announcement, Director Oonuma commented, "I gladly accepted the proposal to make this a TV series so that we could carry it through to the very end," adding, "We are currently hard at work in production so that we can deliver the full charm of this work without leaving anything out." Furthermore, he revealed that production is moving forward under the supervision and cooperation of original author Hiroshi Hiroyama for elements they wish to expand upon from the original manga.

Additionally, to commemorate the release of the second teaser visual, a giveaway campaign for a non-sale promotional poster will be held on official X.
