Colonel Malles Played by Akio Ōtsuka Appears in Episode 3 of the TV Anime "The Ghost in the Shell"! Cast Comment & End Card Released

It was announced that Akio Ōtsuka played the role of Malles in Episode 3 of the anime "The Ghost in the Shell," which began broadcasting and streaming on July 21. Along with the announcement, a cast comment and an end card were released.

Since Masamune Shirow published the original manga in "Young Magazine Kaizokuban" (Kodansha) in 1989, "The Ghost in the Shell" series has continued to surprise and inspire the world by expanding into various works, including the movie "GHOST IN THE SHELL" (1995) directed by Mamoru Oshii, animations, and a Hollywood live-action film.

This latest TV anime entry is currently broadcasting every Tuesday at 11:00 PM in the "Ka-anival!!" block on the Kantele/Fuji TV nationwide network, and is streaming sequentially on Prime Video, ABEMA, and other streaming services.
