"Time to Celebrate with These Dressed-Up Zombies!" Zombie Land Saga The Movie 1st Anniversary Pop-Up Store Announced, Fans Pour In with Congratulations

To mark the 1st anniversary of the release of "Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise," it was announced that the "Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise POP UP SHOP ~1st Anniversary! Time to Celebrate!! So Wonderful~!!!" will open in Tokyo and Saga starting in October. Along with the announcement, brand-new artwork drawn by MAPPA was unveiled, prompting fans on social media to send in celebratory messages such as "Happy 1st Anniversary!"

The "Zombie Land Saga" series is a "new-sensation zombie idol anime" that follows legendary girls from across different eras who rise from the dead as zombies and form the local idol group "Franchouchou" under the mysterious producer Kotaro Tatsumi to save Saga Prefecture.

In the newly revealed illustration, the seven members of Franchouchou are dressed in party gowns featuring flared hemlines known as "fishtail dresses." A dramatic shift from their usual energetic image, they exude a formal, highly festive, and mature charm. Furthermore, producer Kotaro Tatsumi also makes an appearance, looking sharp in a tuxedo and striking a stylish pose.

The Tokyo venue will run from Friday, October 2 to Monday, October 12 (National Holiday) on the 5th floor of Ueno Marui. Details for the Saga venue will be announced at a later date.

Following this announcement and the new illustration, social media has been flooded with celebratory and joyous comments like "Congratulations!", "1 year already!
