Chinatsu Runs Into Yumeka Again... Blue Box Episode 28 Synopsis and Teaser Cuts Released

Teaser cuts and the synopsis for Episode 28 of the anime Blue Box Season 2 have been released.

Blue Box is based on the manga by Kouji Miura serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump. Set at a secondary school known for its strong sports teams, the story begins when Taiki Inomata (voiced by Shouya Chiba) of the boys' badminton club falls in love with Chinatsu Kano (voiced by Reina Ueda), the ace of the girls' basketball club, who is one year ahead of him. The series has captivated many fans with its delicate portrayal of relatable characters throwing themselves into their club activities, as well as the subtle emotions of "falling for someone." Season 1 of the TV anime aired in 2024, and Season 2 began airing on October 4, 2026, every Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on the TBS network across 28 stations nationwide.

Episode 28 "It's Just One Thing" [Synopsis]
After learning how Yumeka feels about Chinatsu, Taiki senses that things can't go on like this. Meanwhile, he ends up facing off against Matsuoka over a ticket to the Winter Cup, in which Chinatsu will compete. Chinatsu, for her part, runs into Yumeka again on her way back to school from a practice match.
