Spanish Streets Turn Into a Cosplay World! Shima Cos 2026 Otoño Held at Shima Spain Village

Shima Cos 2026 Otoño ~Shima Spain Village COSPLAY~, a cosplay event where fans enjoy photo shoots and meeting one another in an exotic theme park setting, was held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Shima Spain Village in Mie Prefecture.

With its colorful buildings, cobblestone streets, and open plazas, Shima Spain Village offers scenery that feels like traveling abroad. In this extraordinary setting, the appeal of Shima Cos is that fans can become their favorite characters and express the worlds of their favorite works.

It Feels Like Stepping Into the Story! A Special Day Created by a Theme Park and Cosplay

The biggest draw of Shima Cos is the beautiful setting unique to Shima Spain Village. Buildings that recreate Spanish streets, plazas with lavish decorations, and exotic cobblestone paths are among the many photo spots with different looks scattered throughout the park.

Another highlight is that participants can shoot photos suited to each costume and the atmosphere of the work, whether they portray characters from fantasy works or from games and anime. The backdrops are hard to find in ordinary city streets, creating an environment where photos can bring out the charm of each character even more.

At this event, in addition to the Parque España theme park, Hotel Shima Spain Village was also designated as a shooting area.

The real thrill of this event is the chance to move between locations with different atmospheres and enjoy expressing the worlds of works in a variety of situations, all within the extraordinary space of a theme park.

Shima Cos lets fans enjoy the worlds of anime and games through both costumes and locations. As a cosplay event where fans can give shape to their love for their favorite works through photos and interaction, its future developments are drawing attention.
