Getting Excited in a Frilly Maid Outfit! First Attempt at Cosplaying Ram from 'Re:ZERO'

-- By the way, your name is 'Ramu', did you take it from Ram, the character you're cosplaying this time?

Ramu: Every time someone does a photoshoot for 'Re:ZERO', they always say, "Your name is Ram!!" at least once, but I didn't take it from Ram-chan in 'Re:ZERO' (laughs). I took it from my pet dog's name!

-- My apologies! (laughs) What points did you want to express with this cosplay, and what are you particularly fond of?

Ramu: Ram-chan is very cute, but also has a bit of a cool character, and I wanted to express that. However, the expressions and poses were a bit challenging. My favorite point is definitely the outfit; wearing the adorable frilly maid outfit of Ram-chan always gets me excited!!

-- Do you have any future cosplay plans you'd like to share?

Ramu: In the future, I’d like to cosplay not only characters I've done before and anime characters but also game characters like those from 'Blue Archive', 'NIKKE', and 'VALORANT'!

Currently, the third season, 'Counterattack Arc', of 'Re:ZERO' is airing, and Ramu-san attended in a Ram cosplay. It was impressive how she managed to balance Ram's charm and coolness.
