In this broadcast, the segment "Let's Decide the True Master of Face Acting!" was held. The two hosts presented facial expressions based on prompts like "a face when doing something" and viewers decided through a poll who expressed it better.
During a previous attempt in episode #9, Serizawa was soundly defeated by Uesaka, but this time, she challenged Tokui, who had demonstrated many "face acting" skills during her time as an MC on Yo Asobi.

First, Serizawa took on the challenge of "a face when earnestly pleading for a once-in-a-lifetime favor." Although she claimed, "I won't do anything weird!" and "It's a pleading face, so maybe it's rather cute?" she then displayed a cross-eyed, buck-toothed funny face, putting her all into it from the start. Tokui, who has had many experiences working with "idol" Serizawa, was astonished, saying, "Yu-chan! What!?" and the studio burst into laughter.
Following that, Tokui's "angry face like a character from a girl’s manga" and Serizawa's "face saying 'It wasn't me' when you accidentally pass gas in a crowded elevator" further enlivened the studio.

Moreover, Tokui's "face of disdain directed at a hopeless loser" showcased a realistically disdainful expression that made Serizawa burst into laughter, praising, "As expected, senpai! It was truly authentic," and commenting, "If you get that face, there’s probably no chance left."
As a result, Tokui's realistic facial performance garnered the majority of the votes, with Tokui winning by a landslide, 64% to Serizawa's 36%. After her second defeat, Serizawa remarked, "I felt once again just how impressive senpai is," and vowed, "I need to train more. I want to win next time!"
