First, they challenged the "Guess What the Nyan is Saying! Nyaa-Nyaa Word," where the presenter thought of a word based on a given topic, and the others had to guess it communicated only with "Nya".
The key to this challenge was how well the three could connect and communicate. They started off well by quickly guessing Hatanaka's "nya nya (salmon)" for the theme "favorite onigiri filling" and Sugiyama's "nya nya (bucket)" for "something found in a bathroom." However, they hit a snag with Kaneda's "nyan nya nya (Korea)" for "a country you'd like to visit," managing to answer only five out of ten questions correctly. The three expressed dissatisfaction with the rules, saying, "Isn't this too hard!?", "How is this rule-wise?", and "The tempo was good, wasn't it?"

A relief measure was then offered. If one representative put on cat ears and whispered a cute line ending with "Nyaa" into a dummy head microphone, they would earn the promotion rights. The three pushed this embarrassing punishment onto each other.
Sugiyama argued, "We've done all sorts of promotions for 'Beheneko' with female members wearing cat ears! Have you ever worn cat ears, Hatanaka?" Hatanaka countered, saying most of the "Beheneko" viewers are male, "There's no demand for me! It's a supply and demand issue." Nevertheless, a majority vote decided he'd have to do the punishment.
Even after resolving to face the Nyaa-Nyaa dummy head, Kaneda and Sugiyama froze at Hatanaka's cat appearance and his slurry Nyan Nyan words. Amid the silence, Hatanaka shouted, "Hey! Why are you silent? Don't mess with me!" bringing laughter to the studio.
