In the first challenge, Nakamura and Kumagai express the meaning of the theme "Uchinaguchi (Okinawan dialect)" in an improvisational play. If Okamoto can guess the meaning, the "Improvisation! Uchinaguchi Words Play" is a success, and the group successfully clears it without difficulty.

The second challenge is the "Uchinaguchi Conversion! Panic Kachaashi", where the three of them dance the Kachaashi and each converts the standard language theme into Uchinaguchi within 5 seconds. The standard language vowels "aiueo" are converted to "aiuuiu" in Uchinaguchi, and for example, "rain (ame)" is converted to "ami". Using this rule, the three of them move on to the game. (*There are some exceptions)

The game begins with the fun of dancing to the song "Toshin Doi", which represents Kachaashi. Nakamura's "heart" becomes "kukuru", and Kumagai's "next time" becomes "kundu", showing a smooth start, but Okamoto is confused by the question "temple", and somehow figures out the correct answer "kumikami", but it's overtime. At this, Okamoto retorts, "That's a deliberation!" and Nakamura responds, "Just because Nobusan is always cheating!"

However, from the second round, there was a change in Nakamura... When the question was "anime", and he found out the correct answer was "animi", Nakamura was puzzled, "Do you say 'animi'?" "Well, I guess we have to go along with this system?" he said, regaining his composure and moving on to the third round. Yet again, Nakamura stumbled on the question "glasses", mumbling "mi...migan..." The correct answer was "migani", to which Nakamura retorted, "Nobody says 'migani'! It's 'ganchou'!" "It's 'ganchou', right? For glasses!" This surprised Okamoto, who widened his eyes and asked, "Do you call 'migani', 'ganchou'?" Furthermore, Nakamura had sharp comments on Okamoto's unique dance, "What is that thing you're doing, Nobu-san?" "That's contemporary dance, isn't it? lol," bringing the studio to life.
