——With so many characters appearing in 'FGO,' who is your favorite?

Tsubucco: I love all of them because they're so charming, but my absolute favorite is Queen Medb! Of course, I cosplay as her. I think her cunning use of femininity as a weapon, combined with her nobility and cuteness, is just perfect.

——What aspects did you want to express with this cosplay, and what are you particularly fond of?

Tsubucco: Besides my favorite, Heshikiri Hasebe, I practiced a lot with makeup and expressions to achieve a more androgynous and cool look for the eyes this time! I would be delighted if I managed to convey the dignified aura of Demon King Nobunaga.

I also put a lot of effort into the costume, inserting wire into the cape to make the collar stand and be versatile! However, when I actually wore it outdoors at Wonder Festival, the wind overpowered it, and things didn't go as planned... I truly feel that cosplay is a continuous cycle of trial and error.

Tsubucco: I'm a mom cosplayer with a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old! Over the past few years, I've been cosplaying about twice a year with childcare as my top priority. This year, I want to increase the frequency a little more and participate in various large-scale events! Actually, my family and I participated in Wonfes this time, and the kids were surprised and enjoyed my cosplay. I'm thinking of trying out works that my children like and enjoying them together.
