While Full Frontal maintained Char-like behavior, he delivered a memorable quote in his first appearance in the third episode. After negotiations broke down, failing to acquire the "Laplace's Box" and rescue Audrey Burne, he told his subordinates, "Do not dwell on your mistakes. Simply acknowledge them and use them as a stepping stone for the future. That is the privilege of adulthood."
This statement may seem like an homage to Char's famous line, but upon careful listening, it's clear that Char and Full Frontal are expressing entirely opposite sentiments. Char expressed a reluctance to admit the mistakes of youth, whereas Full Frontal insisted that accepting mistakes and using them for future growth is an adult's privilege.
While emulating Char, Full Frontal's mature words set him apart from the somewhat naive Char of the One Year War era, highlighting his distinct identity.
The anime "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn," broadcast from April to September 2016, is a robot anime produced by Sunrise, reconstructing the OVA "Mobile Suit Gundam UC." It is based on the original story by Yoshiyuki Tomino and Hajime Yatate and visualized from the novel of the same name by author Harutoshi Fukui. The setting is the Universal Century 0096, three years after "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack."
