Maomao quickly realized that Jinshi's actions were a method to reveal who could read, but it was already too late. Jinshi caught her, saying, "That's not good. You should stay behind. Come quietly." Though resigned, Maomao brushed off Jinshi's hand from her shoulder with distaste, as if she had touched something dirty, patting her shoulder briskly.

With a slight reaction of resistance, Maomao thought, "I was tricked..." Her puzzled expression, wondering how Jinshi discovered she had written the message, was an endearing scene.
