"Angel... So Adorable" Young Jinshi Crying Loudly! A Heartwarming Scene of Gaoshun Desperately Trying to Soothe Him in Episode 33 of the Anime "The Apothecary Diaries"

In the episode 33 of the anime "The Apothecary Diaries," which aired on March 7 (currently airing in sequence), a glimpse into Jinshi's (voiced by Takeo Otsuka) childhood was revealed. Viewers were charmed by the delightful scene where Gaoshun (voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi) desperately tries to calm a crying Jinshi, leading to a flood of comments online such as "Crying Jinshi-sama is so cute" and "Gaoshun-sama struggling is great!"

In episode 33 "The Former Emperor," Maomao (voiced by Aoi Yuki) ends up staying at Jinshi's residence. There, she discovers a trunk containing toys that were Jinshi's favorites during his childhood. Jinshi's maid, Suiren (voiced by Mika Doi), nostalgically recalls, "He used to play only with these, so we had to secretly hide them from Jinshi-sama. But then he would cry uncontrollably..."

The episode features a flashback depicting young Jinshi. Having his favorite toy hidden, he bursts into tears, while his caretaker, Gaoshun, attempts to console him by saying, "There are other toys, you know?" and desperately shakes a den-den daiko drum.
