[Photos/Images] Is It Really Yuji Itadori's Fault? The Awkward 'Ice Age' Moment in "Jujutsu Kaisen" That Went Completely Wrong 1st

Yuji Itadori (voiced by Junya Enoki) ends up apologizing after a botched surprise reunion, all thanks to Gojo-sensei. In the anime "Jujutsu Kaisen," Itadori, who is made to apologize after a surprise that falls flat, remains a pitiful sight no matter how many times you watch it!

During a mission, Yuji Itadori once died but was later resurrected. Due to Satoru Gojo's (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura) scheme, everyone around him believed he had died in battle with a cursed spirit. While spending time training as a jujutsu sorcerer, Itadori was set to participate in the annual exchange event between the Tokyo and Kyoto branches of Jujutsu High.

Eager to reunite with his friends, Itadori was coaxed by Gojo, who suggested, "Are you planning to just appear normally after dragging it out this long? It's not often, even as a sorcerer, that you get to come back two months after 'dying' with an 'I'm actually alive!'" With that encouragement, Itadori decided to make a surprise appearance.

On the day of the exchange event, as instructed by Gojo, Itadori cheerfully jumped out of a box with an enthusiastic "Hai, oppappi!" However, Megumi Fushiguro (voiced by Yuma Uchida) and Nobara Kugisaki (voiced by Asami Seto), who had spent two months in shock over Itadori's death, were unable to match his excitement and were taken aback. Believing it would go well, Itadori was thrown into confusion, thinking, "Huh!? What!? They're not happy at all!"

The disastrous surprise failure left viewers thinking, "When you think about it calmly, it's a pretty mean prank... lol," "The lack of reaction is hilarious," "I feel sorry for Itadori-kun who didn't get the reaction he expected," all sympathizing with Itadori.
