The Second PV for the Anime 'APOCALYPSEHOTEL' is Released! Additional Character & Cast Information and a New Synopsis Revealed!

The second promotional video (PV) for the original "hotel" animation project "APOCALYPSEHOTEL" has been released. Along with the additional reveal of character and cast information, a new synopsis delving into the story's content has also been unveiled.

Set on Earth, long after humanity has disappeared, the story takes place in the hotel "Galaxy Tower" located in Tokyo's Ginza. It follows the hotelier robot, Yachiyo, and the employee robots. In a hotel devoid of guests, they continue to await the return of their owner and the time when they will welcome humanity once more, until a small miracle occurs.

In the newly released second PV, many new characters that add color to the story make their appearance. The tale of encounters and farewells at the hotel "Galaxy Tower," left behind on an Earth devoid of humans, is depicted with the opening theme song "Skirt" by aiko.

Character & Cast Information

　In addition to the protagonist "Yachiyo," new character and cast information has been released.

Ponko (Voiced by Sumire Morohoshi)

Ponko is a 'Tanuki Alien' who came to Earth with her family. She is curious and family-oriented. Although she faints and becomes temporarily comatose when surprised, she can also muster courage in critical moments. Until the damaged spaceship can be repaired, she will be staying at the 'Galaxy Tower'... Incidentally, 'Tanuki Planet' is a temporary name given in reference to an Earth creature that resembles them.

Doorman Robot (Voiced by Hiroki Tochi)

A member of the employee robots working at 'Galaxy Tower,' responsible for the opening and closing of the main entrance. He takes pride in opening and closing the door at the timing and speed that make guests feel most comfortable and is highly trusted by Yachiyo. While he usually remains calm and unflappable, he is concerned about the recent issues with his body.

Environment Checker Robot (Voiced by Shinichiro Miki)

A robot left by humans to investigate the Earth's environment. It seems to be constantly moving within its assigned range, checking various numbers and sending their transitions to humans. It is equipped with special equipment to cope with difficult situations. While his tone is light, he is sincere in his mission.
