"Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" Chapter 9 "Shibuya Incident: The Opening" to be Released on March 26! New SSR "[On a Night When Crows Dance] Mei Mei" Also Appearing

"Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" will release Main Story Re-experience Chapter 9 "Shibuya Incident: The Opening" on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 15:00. It has also been announced that "Mei Mei" will join as a playable character.

"Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" is the first smartphone game based on the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen," which is adapted from the manga by Gege Akutami that concluded its six-and-a-half-year serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) in September 2024.

The game is a command battle RPG that not only allows players to re-experience the story of "Jujutsu Kaisen" Season 1 but also enjoy an original story set in Fukuoka. It won the Grand Prize in the Story category of the "Google Play Best of 2024" announced in November 2024.

From Wednesday, March 26, 2025, Chapter 9 "Shibuya Incident: The Opening" will be added to the Main Story Re-experience of "Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade". A PV and part of the "Shibuya Incident Map" were revealed during the official livestream held prior to the release.

It was also announced that Mei Mei (CV: Kotono Mitsuishi) will join as a playable character. The gacha will feature SSR character "[On a Night When Crows Dance] Mei Mei", SSR Remnant of Thought "Cursed Spirit Strategy & Non-Sorcerer Rescue", and SSR Remnant of Thought "Siblings' Vacation".

The story event reward will include SSR Remnant of Thought "Amount of Applause". Details will be announced sequentially in the game's notices and on the official X account.

Additionally, from 0:00 on Wednesday, March 26, all 69 songs of the in-game BGM will be released as a soundtrack collection on various music platforms. Players can enjoy streaming the tracks from the "Fukuoka Branch School Arc" that appear in the main story of "Phantom Parade" anytime.
