Even Jinshi (CV: Takeo Otsuka) was exuding incredible sensuality, let alone the handmaidens... In episode 2 of the anime "The Apothecary Diaries," the aphrodisiac concocted by Maomao (CV: Aoi Yuki) caused quite a stir among those around her.

One day, Maomao was asked by Jinshi to create an aphrodisiac. Excited to be mixing medicines again after a long time, Maomao confidently stated, "I can make it if I have the time, ingredients, and tools." Visiting the medical office, Maomao gleefully danced in front of the array of available materials, preparing milk, butter, sugar, honey, and cacao. The aphrodisiac she created turned out to be chocolate. According to Maomao, this aphrodisiac was three times as potent as the usual tonic she uses.

Some handmaidens were watching Maomao's preparation with great interest, thinking she was "making something delicious." When Maomao wasn't looking, they sampled the leftover aphrodisiac. The result... all three became flushed, their heated bodies overwhelmed, leaving them limp and wobbly (funyafunya).

The effect wasn't limited to the handmaidens. It extended to Jinshi, about whom Maomao imagined, "If that face were to approach with flushed cheeks, it might break anyone's self-control, regardless of gender." After receiving the finished aphrodisiac, Jinshi apparently also tried the leftovers Maomao had made. He approached Maomao from behind, gently touching her hair while saying, "Thank you for your trouble." Then, bringing his lips close to her nape, he whispered "Thank you" in her ear. His voice, as he stroked Maomao's shoulder, was sweeter than ever before.
