In the midst of the evening as the drinks continued to flow, the conversation gradually turned deeper. When discussing "things we want each other to change," Hatanaka pointed out Kaneda's tendency to overwork himself. "Tomo-chan, you go all out for others, so you don't hear your own voice when you're overwhelmed, right? That's what worries me. But when things really get tough, I hope you'll rely on those around you. We're connected, so I want you to reach out at times like that," he earnestly expressed his concern. Hatanaka continued to reveal the aspects of Kaneda he noticed over the past year, like his surprisingly shy and serious sides, making Kaneda genuinely bashful. "It's embarrassing to have someone talk about my true inner self! I can't handle this without a drink. Is this really going to air on TV!?" he protested, eliciting laughter.

Furthermore, as they delved into passionate discussions about behind-the-scenes talks regarding the show, the atmosphere was filled with emotion. When it came to "things we want to ask each other now," Kaneda provided an unexpected answer.

Kaneda, who has previously used his unique perspective to describe partners with "food" metaphors, such as Kaito Ishikawa as sushi and Shugo Nakamura as yakiniku, was asked by Hatanaka, "You've always called me a buffet before, has that image changed?" Kaneda responded with, "Obanzai." Hatanaka was taken aback, "Wait, are you talking about the assortment of pickles? Am I an assortment of pickles? Isn't that too plain?" he quipped.

Kaneda then earnestly tried to explain Hatanaka's gentle image, saying, "It's like it has a taste of home-cooked meals. The warm feeling, like stews and such. Hearing you say to rely on you when I've overworked myself gave me a warm feeling." While trying to understand, Hatanaka responded to the "motherly" comment with, "I'm not a mom! If anything, wouldn't it be more like a dad? Though I'm not a dad either," he replied, sparking laughter on the set once more.
