Starting from April, the TV anime "Once Upon a Witch's Death" will begin airing, and the first episode's preview cut, synopsis, and promotional CM video have been released.
"Once Upon a Witch's Death" is based on a fantasy novel published under Dengeki New Literary Works (KADOKAWA), originally written by Saka with character designs by Korefuji. It tells the story of an apprentice witch, Meg Raspberry, who is cursed with only one year left to live and must collect the "tears of joy" from a thousand humans to break the curse. On ABEMA, it will be available for streaming earlier than its terrestrial broadcast, with the fastest web release every Tuesday at 24:00, ahead of the terrestrial broadcast.
