"MahoPri 2" is a sequel to "Witchy Precure!" broadcasted in 2016, depicting several years after the completion of the previous work. The story is about 20-year-old Mirai Asahina (voiced by Rie Takahashi) and 19-year-old Riko Izayoi (voiced by Yui Horie) who became university students, learning about a new crisis approaching the magical world and the Nashimahou world, and transforming into Precure again.

Episode 12 "The Future to Proceed"
【Synopsis】
Mirai, Riko, Kotoha, and Mofurun lost their memories in exchange for escaping from the past. However, at the end of a long journey to trace their memories, they were finally able to reunite. All together, Mirai and the others transform into Precure. Mofurun also becomes Cure Mofurun, and the four face Chronosto with strong thoughts of receiving power from the past and moving forward to the future. Then, with the power of Alexandrite Style, they finally repel Chronosto. The stopped time was regained. The people released from the stone statue returned to their original daily life. Could Ail, who had been imprisoned in the past, also move forward...? The truth is unknown, but having resolved the issue, Mirai and the others begin to walk towards their own future. Mirai and Mofurun continue to help people as magical girls. While doing a lecture in the Nashimahou world, Riko decided to help Mirai's activities. And Kotoha decided to stay with Mirai and the others. Their exciting daily life will continue.
