In Episode 36 of the anime "The Apothecary Diaries," which has been airing sequentially since March 28, Maomao (voiced by Aoi Yūki) realizes that Jinshi (voiced by Takeo Ōtsuka), a eunuch, possesses something that "shouldn't be there." The comical depiction of Maomao's reaction had viewers laughing out loud, with many exclaiming, "I literally laughed out loud."

In the previous episode, Maomao and Jinshi were attacked by an assassin and fled to a cave behind a waterfall. Maomao tried to escape through a hole in the ceiling by climbing onto Jinshi, but she lost her balance.
